the hotel has a great location and excellent amenities. i enjoyed many water sports activities with my friends. the staff's courtesy is unbelievable. every staff member from the entrance to the exit is above expectations.
The mini-bar fridge in my premier sea view room was warmer than the actual room, despite the air conditioning running all night. the washroom was also clogged after taking a bath. It was unpleasant. i expected better for the price i paid.

Karan regularly checked in during my meals at the terrace restaurant, a nice touch! shaleena helped plan a romantic candlelight dinner at the tides restaurant. The decor included beautiful flowers and delicious cake. shailendra and jose ensured a seamless night.

The premier sea view room had excellent air conditioning and a good view. the rooms are spacious, clean, and well maintained, with a amazing view of the ocean. We traveled with a child, and the hotel arranged everything perfectly. pillow range was wide.

The yoga sessions by Muktha mam were peaceful. I felt calm . Every staff member was friendly. Security guards greeted everyone with genuine smile.
Finding time for every experience was a slight challenge. I wish I had more days to savor each moment.

My experience included a relaxing yoga session. The instructor Muktha was quite skilled. I found EACH staff member greeted me with a smile, a lovely touch. The private beach provided a serene escape. I particularly enjoyed the delicious meals at the terrace Restaurant with live music.
I noticed the proximity of a mosque. Loudspeaker calls to prayers at around 5am created some disturbance (i hope they adjust it).

My Royal Club Room offered a lovely view of the ocean. The room included a comfortable king bed and a spacious seating area (perfect. The bathroom featured a large soaking tub and premium toiletries. I appreciated the attentive housekeeping, always ensuring my room was super clean.
I did find the check-in process rather slow. There seemed to be some confusion with my reservation. I waited about 30 minutes for it to be resolved.

i found the grounds beautiful and well kept. food at the terraces restaurant tasted good. rooms are spacious. i liked ayurvedic treatments, especially massages from swati . backwater boat cruise in poovar was good.
the safety standards were not very good and the glass of a table fell down in our room, spreading into minute pieces across the room.
